Hey all! My name’s Liam Curran, a.k.a. Laimeboy, and I am an illustrator and creative living and working in Toronto. I grew up in Hamilton, the Steel City as I like to say. I was always drawing, and so when I got into OCAD, my work began to grow tenfold.
Now with a more well rounded portfolio and skill set, I’m ready for what the world has to offer. I hope to work in the comics industry, and will hopefully be self-publishing my first comic work in the next year or so.
I am a determined and hard worker, and will do whatever it takes to get you the visual solution you need. Attached in this section is some of my commissioned work, and you can parooze through the rest of my portfolio in the following slides.
Throughout the site I have some of my greatest influences, and a few sites with tips and tricks I like to use for my research and process work.
